Trail winds through forest of oak trees casting cool shade

If you're interested in helping COSCA, consider joining the Conejo Open Space Trails Action Committee or attending COSTAC meetings.   COSTAC acts in a supporting role to the COSCA Board of Directors, under the direction of COSCA staff. The Committee provides support for COSCA's volunteer programs, such as Trail Work Day, Special Trail Work Days, Trail Ambassadors, Trail Watch, Open Space Trails Education Days, Adopt-A-Trail, Trailhead Outreach, and Resource Stewardship. The Committee may also assist with open space trail construction and maintenance.  Members serve 3-year terms and represent hikers, mountain bikers, and equestrians.  Members are appointed by the COSCA Board of Directors.  Additional information about the committee is available at this link.

Recruitment occurs on an annual basis every February-March.  Information about committee vacancies and the application process is available from the Thousand Oaks City Clerk's Office at this link.  For questions or additional information, please contact Anna Huber, COSCA Analyst, at (805) 449-2329 or
